“The Misfit is quickly becoming a very popular board of mine! I think largely due to the fact that it’s got a lot of foam/volume packed into a shorter fishier template with a rocker and bottom contour that lends perfectly for a board that’s super fun in your everyday waist to head high range. The misfit got its name because we were going for more of a small wave board originally, then proceeded to test it in almost strictly good bowly waves and realized that it was just a really fun all around board in a lot of conditions. The rocker is on the low side to keep the board fast. The bottom consists of my familiar single,double, v double exit that keeps the board feeling lively but trustworthy and The subtle wings help bring the area of the tail in for added control. The misfit… Like any of my boards Can be ordered with Flat Deck and Stepped Rails for adding more volume or with a standard domed deck.
